CGC Annual General Meeting 2023
Chilterns Gliding Club held its annual general meeting. A number of trophies were awarded, which we have set out below - congratulations to all recipients:
Novice Trophy - awarded to Dan Kearney for the best progress this year by a club pre-Silver pilot;
Pundits Pot - awarded to Humza Hamid for the most meritorious and consistent performance over the year;
Engineering Trophy - awarded to Graham Quinn for his contribution to the engineering effort required in support of club operations;
Colin Worman Trophy - awarded to Luke Hornsey as the instructor assessed as having done the most to develop young pilots during the year;
CFI’s Trophy - awarded to Greg Weeks by the CFI to the club member who, from his point of view, has provided most support to operations;
Daniels Cup - awarded to Mark Durden by the Chairman to the member who has made outstanding effort for the furtherance of the club; and
Unsung Hero - awarded to Dave Kearney.
