We had a great ridge day today with many flights over 1 hour and some up to 1,500 ft. In total we managed 10 hours 58 minutes in just 14 flights! The average flight time was 47 minutes.

Charles, Klemens and Oliver all managed solo flights over an hour to count towards their Bronze cross country endorsements.

The hog of the day was also Charles with 1 hour 15 minutes.

Thankfully, the forecast of 34 knot gusts did not materialise, with the strongest being 29 knots (exceptional soaring conditions declared!).

Thanks to all who helped out, especially Greg Weeks, spending a tireless day on the winch giving everyone great launches from Runway 25, to Luke, for doubling the number of launches we would have otherwise achieved, and to Ethan, for running the launch point.
